As Autistic folk we can really struggle to know what we need sometimes, and this is often due to experiencing alexithymia, poor interoception and/or sensory and nervous system overwhelm.

Here is a little handout that may help to give you a starting point when you’re not sure what you need. I recommend printing it and put it somewhere you can look at easily when you need it.

Last week we did vegetarian meals, this week it's meat based meals.

This week I have been told that Autism is “a disaster”, is “ damage”, needs to be “cured”, “prevented”, that people with high support needs shouldn’t exist.
