Hello, we’re Margo, Eve, Ebeney & Sam.

We are the Whole Body Nutrition Team.

Meet
Margo White

Margo (she/her) is a proud AuDHDer and the Founder of Whole Body Nutrition which is based on Wurundjeri Land. Margo has a passion for supporting adults and families who experience Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), feeding differences, eating disorders and PDA (persistent drive for autonomy).

My story and why I started Whole Body Nutrition (TW: Disordered eating)

I started WBN after spending years feeling shame, guilt and broken by societal norms and diet culture.

Most of my life I have struggled with body image and disordered eating. Both stemming from childhood trauma, low self esteem and not understanding why I felt so different to my peers. Being late diagnosed neurodivergent meant that as a child I often felt “different, unlikeable” and very alone at times. When I realised I was AuDHD it was like a light bulb switched on and suddenly everything made sense. My diagnosis has allowed me to understand myself and my struggles and it has also taught me self compassion, self acceptance and further facilitated my recovery by allowing me to drop many neuronormative standards weighing me down.

I want you to know that I see you. As a parent that wants the best for my children and as someone with lived experience, I understand how hard feeding and eating can be.

My goal for Whole Body Nutrition is to utilise my lived experience and clinical expertise to educate and empower others. To spread the message that all bodies and brains are worthy and valuable.

I want to help Neurodivergent folk of all ages, genders and backgrounds to cultivate an emotionally healthy relationship with food. A relationship that understands, and accepts that there are different ways of eating, and that validates all sensory feeding differences. I want to support ND folk to strip away shame and guilt about eating differences, so they can move towards compassion and acceptance for themselves and their family members.

Meet
Eve Skliros

Eve (she/her) is a neurodivergent (AuDHD) dietitian and a mum of two humans and two cats, based on Wurundjeri Land and currently practicing at Whole Body Nutrition.

Growing up unaware of her own neurodivergence and recovering from an eating disorder was not an easy journey, but it was one that also gave Eve an enormous amount of compassion and hope, and that sparked her fire of wanting to use her personal and professional experience to help others.

Having worked for over 15 years as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting before moving into private practice, Eve deeply understands what it is like navigating the healthcare system as a neurodivergent person and parent. She has a special interest in mental health, eating disorders, gastrointestinal health, and PDA (persistent drive for autonomy), and is passionate about empowering people to draw on their unique strengths, to find their own version of nourishing themselves.

Eve operates from a strengths-based, and trauma-informed position. She considers herself a lifelong learner and values the insights she gains from each therapeutic partnership, working alongside individuals and their families as the experts of their own experience, and collaborating with others in their support network.

Eve advocates for and supports enteral feeding - including PEG feeding.

Eve’s books are currently closed for online bookings of initial appointments. However if you really want to see Eve, please email us at hello@wholebodynutrition.com.au and we can put you on her waitlist.

Meet
Sam Jeffrey

Sam (he/him) is a neurodivergent (AuDHD) naturopath based on Whadjuk Noongar land and a proud queer, trans man. He is deeply committed to creating healthcare spaces where neurodivergent, queer and trans folks feel safe, respected and genuinely understood.

Sam’s naturopathic approach is grounded in lived experience. He understands how frustrating it is when generic health advice doesn’t account for sensory needs, executive functioning differences, chronic pain or medical trauma. In his practice he centres accessibility, collaboration, compassion, and uses a trauma informed and strengths based approach that builds on what’s already working. He is passionate about shared decision making, inviting clients into a genuine partnership where plans are created together and always tailored to each person’s capacity, sensory profile and real life context.

Sam came to naturopathy after navigating his own digestive issues and finding meaningful relief and validation through naturopathic care. He went on to complete a Bachelor in Health Science and quickly realised that much of the wellness industry could be individualistic, ableist, fat phobic and dismissive of marginalised communities. In response, he intentionally practices through a social justice lens which acknowledges how broader systems impact our health and rejects harmful wellness narratives. With lived experience of disordered eating, Sam understands how complex and emotionally loaded food can be, especially when layered with neurodivergence and chronic health conditions. He is passionate about helping people build sustainable, compassionate relationships with food that feel safe, realistic and nourishing.

Sam has a special interest in POTS, MCAS, endometriosis, gastrointestinal health and supporting neurodivergent folks to have a gentle and nourishing relationship with food.

He is particularly passionate about improving access to reproductive health related care for LGBTQIA+ folks. Outside the clinic, Sam is a PhD candidate researching barriers to care for trans and gender diverse people with endometriosis. When he's not studying or in session, you'll usually find him painting, making pottery or watching birds.

Sam supports individuals over 18+
