Nutrition encompasses more than mere encouragement of โ€œhealthy eatingโ€. It involves meeting people where they are at, listening to lived experience and assisting them in cultivating the specific skills
necessary to achieve their unique goals.

Whole Body Nutrition -
All bodies and brains
are worthy

Welcome to Whole Body Nutrition

When it comes to healing we take a whole-body approach. This encompasses not just food and diet but the whole person; including physical, mental and emotional health.

We are Margo and Eve

Margo (she/her) is a proudly neurodivergent, mother of two, Certified Practicing Nutritionist and founder of Whole Body Nutrition. Eve is a neurodivergent dietitian and also a mum of two humans.

Our goal for Whole Body Nutrition is to utilise our lived experiences and clinical expertise to educate and empower others. We aim to spread the message that all bodies and brains are worthy and valuable. Our mission is to help neurodivergent individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds cultivate an emotionally healthy relationship with food; one that understands and accepts the various ways of eating and validates all sensory feeding differences. We strive to support neurodivergent individuals in shedding shame and guilt surrounding their eating differences so they can progress towards compassion and acceptance for themselves and their family members.

What is Whole Body Nutrition?

Whole Body Nutrition is a neurodiversity affirming nutritional clinical practice that values and honors lived experience. We've helped numerous families create a peaceful relationship with food by helping them to question and remove neuro-normative standards. This has led to mealtimes being less stressful and more accessible.

In our practice, we promote a balanced way of eating that is non-restrictive and does not promote diet culture. We work within a model that observes all areas of life that can play a role in health. Our goal is to provide personalised care and support to each individual, identifying their unique needs and strengths, rather than solely focusing on the specific condition they may be presenting with.

We recognise that people come in all shapes, sizes and different neurotypes which should be celebrated. It is important to us to support our clients to create an emotionally healthy relationship with food. We meet patients where they are at in their journey whilst helping them accomplish their health needs at a pace that is achievable and realistic.

Our areas of interest and experience include:

  • Adults and paediatrics

  • Feeding differences & challenges for Autistic and ADHD individuals
